When dealing with law firms and their conservative approach to their market, you have to ask yourself the question of "do this law firm benefit from standing out, or to only rely on mouth to mouth recommendations?".
In the case with Fürst & Partners the manpower behind the new initiative would have no problem getting work since they were right at the top of the game from day one. The core decision to do something different was therefore that the legacy was needed to be passed down from the management in a "true" way. We didn't want to do this venture by the book. We wanted to have a say.
